Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms with Murano glass light fixtures were a unique touch, and being right on the Grand Canal was a breathtaking experience. They even treated us to a drink at the bar while our room was getting ready. The service by the private water taxi was top-notch, making us feel truly welcome and attended to. The location, just minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and with easy access to the main town center, was simply perfect. We enjoyed a lovely dining experience on the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal, although the size of the dining area was a bit limiting. Overall, a memorable stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern, giving me a lovely Venetian elegance with an old-world feel. I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. The service was incredibly friendly, making me feel like part of the family. The location was perfect, both quiet at night yet just minutes away from the vibrant heart of Venice on the Canal Grande. The dining options were good with plenty of variety. Overall, a delightful experience.
Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms were spacious, overlooking the grand canal, and had all the Venetian elegance one could hope for. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and incredibly helpful. The location, away from the tourist chaos, was both cool and convenient, within walking distance of main attractions. The dining options were adequate, although with some room for improvement in the variety offered.
The hotel's location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, making it very central for a city break. The property's historical building near the Rialto bridge overlooking the Grand Canal provides a unique experience. Although it's not a four-star hotel, it offers an excellent location for exploring Venice.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice amenities like a mini-bar and TV options, although the sofa bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast area was a bit small and could get crowded, but it was exceptionally clean. The location was excellent, close to the Grand Canal and historic sites, with convenience to transportation and local markets.
I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated in this era's style, offering a private balcony and plenty of space which I loved. The service was a bit hit or miss with some staff being grumpy at breakfast, while others were charming and helpful. The location, situated in a beautifully preserved 12th-century building near key attractions and the Grand Canal, was convenient for exploring the city. Dining options were good but not extraordinary, although enjoying meals on the balcony overlooking the Grand Canal was a highlight.
